Some of the sites are F1 challenge Brasil: Most of them are available as "standalone pre-packed game" on different sites - just download the desired season, extract & play. If you are not familiar with them probably it is better to test some of the mods included in the all-in-one pack. (and there are some seasons still missing I think)
So probably the quality varies from season to season. I don't have the big mod - 200GB is too much for me - but I know that it is compiled from different seasons mods made by different authors in the last 10 or 15 years.
